Welcome to Ecomtify. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you may use https://ecomtify.com (the “Website”) and what we expect from each other. The Website is operated by Ecomtify (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. We currently serve customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia.

2. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Use the Website in a lawful and respectful way. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud.

3. Products and Accuracy

We sell nature-inspired furniture and home goods. While we strive for 100% accuracy:

• Natural Materials: Solid wood varies in color and grain. Minor size tolerances may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

• Care: Furniture must be placed and cared for properly. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight or high humidity. Follow all assembly guides and safety instructions provided.

• Pricing: All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

4. Ordering, Payment, and Cancellations

• Contract: Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it once we send a shipping confirmation.

• Payment: We accept major credit cards (via Stripe) and PayPal. We do not store full card numbers.

• Cancellations: You may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order enters processing or has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

• Taxes & Duties: International orders may include import duties or customs fees. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) coverage.

• Most furniture arrives within 9–15 business days.

• Inspection: Upon arrival, please inspect the boxes before signing. Report any damage to us within 72 hours with photo evidence so we can assist with replacements.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains eligibility:

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

• Items must be in original, unassembled condition and in original packaging.

• Custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website (text, images, furniture designs, logos) belongs to Ecomtify and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ecomtify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. We are not responsible for injury caused by improper assembly or misuse of furniture.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA for US domestic matters and applicable international consumer rules for global customers.
