Order Cancellation Policy

At Ecomtify, we value flexibility and transparency. Because our tree-shaped bookcases and floating shelves move quickly from our workshop to the shipping phase, this policy explains the timeframe and process for cancelling an order.
1. Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided that the item has not yet entered the processing or shipping phase.

Processing Phase: Once our team has begun inspecting and reinforced-packaging your furniture, cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipped: If a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled.
If your order is no longer eligible for cancellation, you may still be able to return it. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for further guidance.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@ecomtify.com within the 12-hour window. Please include:

Your Order ID.

The Email Address used at checkout.

(Optional) A brief reason for cancellation to help us improve.
Our team will review your request and confirm via email whether the cancellation has been successful.
3. Refund Process
If your cancellation is approved:

We will issue a full refund to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, though your payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
4. After the 12-Hour Window
Once your order is being processed or has shipped, we are unable to halt the delivery. In such cases, please wait for the item to arrive and refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for available return options.
