General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Return Scenarios
Returns Due to Ecomtify’s Fault
We take full responsibility if you receive an item that is:

Defective (manufacturing flaw, structural issue, missing parts),

Damaged during shipping (broken, cracked, or scratched), or

Incorrectly delivered (wrong color, size, or model).
Cost: Free ($0).
Solution: You may choose one of the following:

A full refund, including original shipping costs.
Returns on Customer Request
If you wish to return an item that is in perfect condition:

You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund of the product value (excluding the original shipping fee).
