General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be requested within the 30-day return period.

  • Be in original condition: unused, unassembled (if applicable), undamaged, and free from scratches, stains, or signs of wear.

  • Include all original parts, hardware, manuals, and packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories.

  • Custom-Made items.

Return Scenarios

Returns Due to Ecomtify’s Fault

We take full responsibility if you receive an item that is:

  • Defective (manufacturing flaw, structural issue, missing parts),

  • Damaged during shipping (broken, cracked, or scratched), or

  • Incorrectly delivered (wrong color, size, or model).

Cost: Free ($0).
Solution: You may choose one of the following:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund, including original shipping costs.

Returns on Customer Request

If you wish to return an item that is in perfect condition:

  • You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund of the product value (excluding the original shipping fee).

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return

  • Contact our Customer Support Team at support@ecomtify.com within the 30-day period.

  • Include:

    • Your order number.

    • Detailed reason for the return.

    • For defective or damaged items: attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

  • Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days.

  • If the return is due to Ecomtify’s fault, we will send you a prepaid return label.

  • If it’s a customer-requested return, we’ll provide the return address (AEYUP LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States) and packing guidelines.

Step 3: Repack & Ship

  • Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

  • Include all manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.

  • Ship the package to the address provided by our support team.

Refunds & Processing

  • Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 7 business days after the returned item is received and verified.

  • Refund Method: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is successfully processed.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After verification, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
