2. General Conditions for Acceptance
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Be requested within the 30-day return window.

Be in original condition: unused, unassembled, and free from scratches or signs of wear.

Include all original parts, hardware, manuals, and packaging (reinforced cartons).

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).
Items Not Eligible:

Items that have been fully assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Items missing original packaging or accessories.
3. Return Scenarios
Scenario A: Returns Due to Ecomtify’s Fault
We take full responsibility if you receive an item that is:

Defective: Manufacturing flaws, structural issues, or missing parts.

Damaged in Transit: Broken, cracked, or severely scratched during shipping.

Incorrectly Delivered: Wrong color, size, or model.

Cost: Free ($0). We provide a prepaid shipping label.

Resolution: You may choose a replacement or a full refund (including original shipping costs).
Scenario B: Returns on Customer Request (Change of Mind)
If the item is in perfect condition but you no longer want it:

You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Original outbound shipping fees ($150) are non-refundable.

Once inspected, we will refund the product value only.
4. Step-by-Step Return Process

Request: Email support@ecomtify.com within 30 days with your order number and photos (if damaged).

Instructions: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid label (for defects) or our New York return address.

Repack: Use the original reinforced packaging to ensure the furniture travels safely.

5. Refunds & Timing

Processing: Refunds are initiated within 7 business days after inspection at our warehouse.

Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued to your original payment method (Stripe/PayPal).

Bank Timing: It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your provider.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. To cancel, please contact support@ecomtify.com. Once an order has entered the processing phase or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return.
