Ecomtify Shipping Policy
At Ecomtify, we understand that shipping handcrafted wooden furniture requires care, precision, and transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, package, and deliver your order from our workshop in Vietnam to your doorstep.
1. Where We Ship
Ecomtify proudly delivers its handcrafted furniture to customers across North America, Europe, and Oceania. Our current shipping coverage includes the United States and Canada in North America; the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal in Europe; and Australia in Oceania.
However, due to the size of our packages and carrier limitations, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or U.S. overseas territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and similar regions.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Because our tree-shaped bookcases and floating wooden shelves are large and weighty, we apply a transparent flat-rate shipping fee of $150 per order. Customers who place orders totaling $1,600 or more enjoy free shipping worldwide. All costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase, no hidden fees, no surprises.
3. Total Estimated Delivery Time
At Ecomtify, every order follows a clear and reliable timeline that includes both processing and transit.
Since all our products are ready to ship, your order begins moving almost immediately after it’s placed. Each piece goes through a brief processing period of 1–3 business days, during which our team inspects, packs, and prepares it for shipment with great care. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UTC+7) are usually processed on the same business day, while those placed afterward start processing the next business day.
Once your order has been handed over to our logistics partners, the transit time typically ranges from 8–12 business days, depending on your delivery location. We work closely with trusted international carriers such as USPS, Yanwen, Yuntu, 4PX, and YWBZ, all experienced in handling large, handcrafted furniture with precision and care.
In total, most customers can expect to receive their Ecomtify furniture within 9–15 business days from the date of purchase. From our workshop to your doorstep, every shipment is handled with the same dedication and craftsmanship that define our brand.
Please note that international deliveries may occasionally experience slight delays due to customs procedures, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Rest assured, we closely monitor every shipment to ensure it reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.
4. Packaging & Handling
Every Ecomtify piece is carefully packaged to arrive at your home in perfect condition. Each item is secured in reinforced cartons with protective framing, designed to absorb impact and prevent movement during transit. Our shelf features detachable components, allowing for safer transport, reduced bulk, and easier handling upon delivery. Inside your package, you’ll find a step-by-step assembly guide and all the necessary hardware to help you reassemble your piece quickly and confidently.
Staying true to our commitment to sustainability, we use eco-conscious, recyclable packaging materials whenever possible. This approach helps us minimize waste and reduce our environmental footprint while ensuring your furniture is protected every step of the way.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our workshop, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
6. Damaged or Lost Orders
At Ecomtify, we take every precaution to ensure your furniture arrives in pristine condition. In the rare event that your order is damaged during transit or lost, our team is here to help.
- Damaged Orders: If your item arrives with any damage, please contact our support team via email support@ecomtify.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will promptly arrange either a replacement or a refund.
- Lost Orders: If your shipment cannot be located after 20 business days, we will either reship your order or issue a full refund, ensuring you receive the product you purchased.
Our priority is to make sure every Ecomtify piece reaches your home safely, securely, and ready to enjoy, reflecting the same care and craftsmanship that went into its creation.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet entered processing or been shipped. Because our ready-to-ship products move quickly, we recommend reaching out to our support team within 12 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.
Once a tracking number has been issued and the order is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible. At that point, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on how to proceed.
