At Ecomtify, we understand that shipping handcrafted wooden furniture requires extraordinary care, precision, and transparency. This policy outlines how we process, package, and deliver our signature tree-shaped bookcases and floating shelves from our workshop to your home.

1. Where We Ship

Ecomtify proudly delivers its handcrafted furniture to the following regions:

  • North America: United States and Canada.

  • Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.

  • Oceania: Australia.

Note: Due to the size of our furniture packages and carrier limitations, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or U.S. overseas territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Furniture items are heavy and require specialized handling. We offer a transparent flat-rate shipping fee:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $150 per order worldwide.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders totaling $1,600 or more.

All costs are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase—no hidden fees, no surprises.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Every Ecomtify piece follows a reliable timeline that includes both artisan processing and global transit.

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day.

  • Total Time: Most customers receive their furniture within 9–15 business days.

  • Carriers: We partner with trusted logistics providers experienced in handling furniture, including USPS, DHL, Yanwen, Yuntu, and 4PX.

4. Reinforced Packaging & Handling

Every Ecomtify piece is secured in reinforced cartons with internal protective framing designed to absorb impact.

  • Detachable Design: Our bookcases feature detachable components to allow for safer transport and easier handling upon arrival.

  • Inside the Box: You will find a step-by-step assembly guide and all necessary hardware.

  • Eco-Conscious: We use recyclable packaging materials whenever possible to reduce our environmental footprint while ensuring maximum protection.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our workshop, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

  • Damaged Items: If your furniture arrives with any damage, please contact us at support@ecomtify.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include photos/videos of the box and the product. We will promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund.

  • Lost Orders: If your shipment shows no movement after 20 business days, we will reship your order or issue a full refund, at your discretion.

7. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Because our ready-to-ship products move quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations after this window or once a tracking number has been issued.
